14yr Old Minor Rescued From Sexual Exploitation By Murder Suspect

On February 25, 2026, a high-risk suspect with a background of attempted murder was apprehended by ATPD 6 and the Special Operations Unit (RTP), with help from the International Protection Alliance (IPA) for the sexual exploitation of a 14-year-old girl. The suspect, employed as a gardener and an apprentice tattoo artist, was taken into custody just before a search of his residence.

A Life Of Crime

The suspect, initially arrested at the age of 15, is in possession of a firearm and is regarded as a high-risk individual with a potential for violence. During the search, law enforcement discovered a substantial box of condoms, along with various items matching the Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including bed sheets, blankets, and shirts. Upon arrest, the suspect admitted to all allegations.

All digital devices belonging to the 23-year-old had since been seized for forensic examination.

Supporting The Young Survivor Rescued & 5 Additional Victims

The victim has previously participated in a child interview and was recognized as a victim before the raid took place. A medical examination is set to be scheduled shortly. The suspect confessed to abusing around five more victims.

Suspect Charged

Post the arrest, the suspect has been charged with human trafficking, the possession production and distribution of CSAM, taking a minor under 15 years of age from a guardian, and sexual assault of a minor under 15 years of age.

ATPD is set to return to Phitsanulok shortly to carry out child interviews with three more identified victims at this stage. The total number of victims may rise depending on the outcomes of digital forensic analysis and additional suspect interrogations. As of now, the investigation into this case remains ongoing.
