Founders

Damian, Co-Founder

Damian is a dedicated professional in anti-human trafficking and child exploitation intervention with over 15 years of experience in prevention, frontline investigations, strategic consultancy, and organizational leadership. As a Co-Founder, he oversees multi- disciplinary initiatives focused on combating child exploitation, strengthening child protection frameworks, and advancing policy-driven intervention efforts across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Simon Brewer, Co-Founder

Simon Brewer, CPA, CGMA, co-founded IPA in March 2024. With over 24 years of senior financial leadership, Mr. Brewer most recently served as CFO and COO at an international organization dedicated to fighting human trafficking and sexual exploitation of primarily women and children.

Chad Meli, Co-Founder

Chad is a digital forensic expert and online investigator affiliated with the International Protection Alliance, as well as a former law enforcement officer in the U.S. With a law enforcement career exceeding 20 years, he has dedicated over a decade to tackling cyber-related crimes, particularly those involving the sexual exploitation of children and human trafficking.

Jacob Ostler, Co-Founder

Jacob holds an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Master’s in Social Work focused on Global Practice, and a certificate in Anti-Human Trafficking. Since 2016, he has worked with survivors of sexual violence in over 10 countries, primarily in Asia, addressing issues like online sexual exploitation, human trafficking, child marriage, and torture.

Logan Herzog

Board Members

Logan has spent over a decade working internationally to empower communities through innovation, education, and sustainable growth strategies. His experience spans 20+ countries, where he has supported organizations in scaling their impact and building resilient ecosystems.

Jared Beers

Board Members

Jared holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Services Management. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Manager through the State of Utah, further highlighting his dedication to effective leadership and public service

Dr Jordan Greenbaum

Advisory Board Member

Dr Greenbaum is a board member of the International Society on the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) and a past president of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children. Dr Greenbaum provides global training and technical assistance to improve the community response to child sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking.

Brad Damon

Advancement and Mission Advisor

Brad has 30 years of executive management experience and extensive knowledge of the securities industry. In the past 6-7 years, he served as CEO of a large NGO, impacting the lives of children affected by sex trafficking and exploitation. He is passionate about helping others and seeks effective ways to make a positive difference through his experience and skills.

Lance Lueck

Advisory Board Member

Lance served as the Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) Attaché in Malaysia, leading global investigations in anti-human trafficking, counter-proliferation, and financial crime. He established the first DHS/HSI office in Jerusalem, showcasing his expertise in transnational crime and international collaboration. With a military background as an intelligence officer and CID Special Agent, he has extensive experience in executing strategic missions in high-risk environments.
